 My Statement of Intent will be towards the Muslim and Black Somali women in our community It will be called Future Leaders  Firstly what will appear on the cover will be someone of the Somali Community and is a women this will show the outside world that women are the future of tomorrow. Also being a woman in a male dominated world is not easy. Women are being stereotyped as part time low graded workers with limited opportunities for working . No matter how ruthless the woman is or  how much success the woman achieves. There will always tend to be some type of things stopping her from getting her to leadership. Since the early 20th century women have been fighting over the right to continue working and be able to earn the same as males.
